Start targeting your anxiety by practicing mindset, exercises and skills in UAs counterintuitive framework.

This is a 4-week program which includes four (4) course modules + three (3) 50-minute 1:1 private sessions The course provides a step-by-step structure to target anxiety. Each week we take one step forward by covering a topic/module. You will be given a reading and few practice exercises to follow before we meet at our next time together. The course length is 4 weeks long.

We highly recommend that you complete all exercises, readings and prior week's homework assignments before you come to your session. Once you purchase the course, you can book a session time by selecting available date and time in our booking calendar that we will share with you.
