We're ready to get started.
YOUR FIRST STEPS (BEFORE YOU START THE PROGRAM):
1) Add "namitagujral" (without quotes) as your skype contact. If you have provided your USA phone and would not like to use skype, you can skip this step.
2) Fill out this questionnaire to detail your specific anxiety struggles. We will target these in our time together.
3) Book your 3 private sessions with Namita using the calendar below. Remember to spread your sessions 1-1.5 weeks apart. You must give at least 1-2 weeks from now up to your 1st session so that you have plenty of time to complete the questionnaire and Modules 1 & 2.
* You are required to book your individual sessions immediately, using this booking calendar. If you do not find days/time slots that work for you, you are required to inform UA by email within 48 HOURS of purchase of program. Our email address is email@example.com
While you'll receive all modules at once, my recommendation for you is to keep this structure:
Complete Modules 1 and 2 for first session, Module 3 for second and Module 4 for third.
* I send the first two modules together – one is focused on the understanding of the so-called “wrong”, and the other is on the “right”. Module 1 is about Your Anxiety; Module 2 is about your Values.

-> Don't take too much time to book your sessions as they fill up quite fast. Sessions are available from 8 am - 5 pm Pacific Time (San Francisco) from Monday to Friday. Don't forget to convert to your time zone. You can use this free online tool for that
